We have a saying: "The New Testament is in the Old Testament concealed; The Old Testament is in the New Testament revealed". I am indebted to Chuck Missler for pointing out the link and consistency between the Words of Jesus in John 14 and Isaiah 26.

"2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14: 2-6

And now, we read Isaiah 26:

"19 Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.
20 Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast." Isaiah 26: 19-20

I know...the link between the two quotes isn't obvious until you study it for a bit. I encourage y'all to do so.

It is a beautiful Thursday upon which to serve the Lord.
