"Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:" Isaiah 55:6

It's Thursday...as usual, it's a beautiful day on which to serve the Lord. It's also a good day to seek Him, as Isaiah tells us in the above Scripture.

In his Message last night at Oaklawn's Wednesday night Prayer Meeting, Pastor Ed highlighted Provers 3:5-6

"5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." Proverbs 3:5-6

That message ties in and perfectly supports my own Bible study at home, where (as shown in the opening quote for this post) Isaiah 55. I'll leave it to you to look at that chapter of Isaiah and see for yourself.
