Last night's Prayer Meeting and Adult Bible Study was awesome, as usual. I also noticed that the Church van was packed full of Kid's Club kids, too. It's God's Work, all of it.

Pastor Ed brought us a message from the book of Jonah, and we will be continuing in that study next week. Ed also indicated that from Jonah, we will be studying the "Minor" prophets. Those prophets of God are only referred to as "Minor" due to the length of the books; it is not to indicate that their message to us is of any less importance to us than the "Major" prophets. Prophecies of Jesus Christ are contained in those books; and many treasures are to be found in their study.

The coming weeks are going to be very exciting for Oaklawn, is what I'm trying to say.
